Likewise, she represented a major engineering firm in a $165 million construction claim brought by a leading national newspaper resulting in a successful settlement. Ms. Dalia also represented architectural and engineering firm in a construction claim brought by two casino organizations. Yet, since the beginning of her career, she has maintained a focus in complex commercial litigation. Initially, she began with emphasis in representing lenders, creditors, receivers, and trustees in connection with insolvency. She represented receivers appointed to due to involvement in Ponzi schemes and other fraud claims. Ms. Dalia’s array of clientele runs the gamut from pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, security brokers and complex investment funds to architects, commercial landlords, contractors, designers, developers, and owners within the construction industry. Her vast array of material experience in diverse areas of complex litigation and transactional matters allows her to confidently advise clients in many of areas of law.
