Diana re-joined Poulos LoPiccolo in September of 2022 after working several years at title companies. She is a member of the firm’s residential and commercial real estate team where she handles all aspects of real estate transaction from contract to closing. In addition to extensive experience in representing buyers and sellers in their purchase and sales of homes and commercial properties, she also is well versed in foreclosures, short sales, refinances and 1031 exchanges. Due to her years of experience working for title companies, Diana has become an expert in resolving title issues which is often a key aspect of getting transactions to the finish line. Diana is also a member of the firm’s zoning, land use and litigation departments where she assists attorneys in all aspects of litigation including filings, discovery and preparation for hearings and trial. Diana obtained her associates degree in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting from Brookdale Community College and currently resides in Red Bank, NJ.
